We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase on this site.

Clients can initiate a return purchased on within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing A client specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours of your request to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item.

Styles are indicated if they are eligible for return in the product page under the "Pre-Order" or "Add to Bag" buttons. Bridal gowns are non refundable but available for exchange.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All garments are inspected upon arrival.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20-30 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Danielle Frankel does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

Clients will be charged a non-refundable restocking fee of $200, excluding returns for Footwear and Loungewear.

Orders purchased on sale and through Digital Trunkshow promotions are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.


If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 20 days of delivery date.

Email to inquire about a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
